How to track your order.

We send tracking information by email once your order leaves the warehouse. Follow the link in that email for live carrier updates.

Check your inbox

Search for an email from iCustomRug with the subject "your order has shipped". The tracking link is in the body.

Follow the carrier link

The carrier (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or local courier) provides live status, delivery window, and any exceptions.

Custom cuts

Production status on custom cuts.

Custom-cut orders typically enter production within one business day of placement. You'll receive a notification email once cutting is complete and the order has shipped — usually 3–5 business days after ordering.
