How do I pick the right size?

Start with the product page selectors. For runners and turf, choose the width first, then the length. If you're between two sizes, send us a photo and rough measurements and we'll recommend the closer fit.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock standard sizes typically ship within two business days from our North American warehouse, plus carrier transit time.

What's the difference between indoor/outdoor and decorative?

Indoor / outdoor rugs use UV-stable polypropylene fibers with drainage backings — they survive sun, rain, and snow. Decorative rugs use softer fibers built for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining rooms.

What surfaces do vinyl-backed runners work on?

Vinyl and rubber backings grip tile, sealed concrete, vinyl plank, and laminate. For unfinished concrete or freshly waxed hardwood, use a non-slip pad to protect both the floor and the runner.

Do you ship to the United States and Canada?

Yes. We ship across Canada and the United States. Prices switch to your local currency at checkout based on your shipping address.

How do returns work?

Standard-size rugs can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Start a return by emailing support@icustomrug.com with your order number.

Absolutely. Send a photo of the room and rough measurements to support@icustomrug.com or DM us on Instagram. We'll come back with one or two recommended sizes within a business day.
