Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes — it's the reason we exist. Tell us your width and length in inches or feet and we'll cut to fit. Runners, mats, and indoor/outdoor rugs are all available in custom sizes.

How long does shipping take?

In-stock standard sizes typically ship within two business days from our North American warehouse. Custom cuts ship within 3–5 business days, plus carrier transit time.

What's the difference between indoor/outdoor and decorative?

Indoor / outdoor rugs use UV-stable polypropylene fibers with drainage backings — they survive sun, rain, and snow. Decorative rugs use softer fibers built for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining rooms.

What surfaces do vinyl-backed runners work on?

Vinyl and rubber backings grip tile, sealed concrete, vinyl plank, and laminate. For unfinished concrete or freshly waxed hardwood, use a non-slip pad to protect both the floor and the runner.

Do you ship to the United States and Canada?

Yes. We ship across Canada and the United States. Prices switch to your local currency at checkout based on your shipping address.

How do returns work?

Standard-size rugs can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Custom-cut rugs are final sale unless damaged in transit, since they're cut specifically for you. Start a return by emailing support@icustomrug.com with your order number.

Can you help me pick the right size?

Absolutely. Send a photo of the room and rough measurements to support@icustomrug.com or DM us on Instagram. We'll come back with one or two recommended sizes within a business day.
